In the 1960s, CV. Podo Tresno operated in the Tobacco Trading sector, run by the parents of Mr Santjoko and Mr Fx. Iswanto. In 1982, CV. Podo Tresno had management change followed with the company name changed to CV. Putra Bakti Utama. Run by by Mr. Fx. Iswanto and Mr. Santjoko, the company continue to operate in the Tobacco Trading sector.
In 2014, CV. Putra Bakti Utama developed its business in the cigarette sector under the name PT.
Putra Jaya Sakti Perkasa, which at that time only produced Hand-rolled cigarettes.
This cigarette factory is located in Bojonegoro and run by Mr. Fx. Iswanto as Director, Mr. Juli Utama, and Mr. Santjoko as Commissioner. Mr. Fx. Iswanto continues to work together to build and develop cigarette companies in the area
in order to grow so they can enter the national scale.
In 2015, the company changed its name from PT. Putra Jaya Sakti Perkasa to PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa. At that time, Mr. Fx. Iswanto, who still serves as Director, assisted by Commissioner Mr. Santjoko, maintained the vision and mission of the company in order to develop the company.
2016 became a milestone for this cigarette factory located in Bojonegoro. The composition of the Company’s Management through the RUPS underwent a change in leadership.
With Commissioners Mr Aming and Mr Fx. Iswanto still serves as the Director of this company.
Also, this year the company began to develop and expand its production area in Sroyo Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro for the production of Hand-Rolled cigarettes and in the Bojonegoro for the production of Machine-Produced cigarettes.
This year, the composition of the Company’s Management through the RUPS underwent a change in leadership. With Commissioners Mr. Yayan and Mr. Fx. Iswanto still serves as Director of the company.
With the development of this business, the company is required to provide better quality. The company decided to invest in a Tobacco Blending Machine. Previously it was done manually and in late 2017, this machine was used with the aim of maintaining the stability of the taste of
cigarettes.
After investing in a Tobacco Blending Machine the previous year to maintain a better taste of cigarettes, PT. Putera Jaya Sakti Perkasa started investing again by buying a Raw Tobacco Processing Machine Line with the aim of giving a better taste of tobacco before being processed
in the Tobacco Blending Machine.
The company management in 2019 also experienced changes with the change of director position from Mr. Fx. Iswanto to Mr. Albertus Okki Kurniawan with Mr. Yayan as Commissioner until now.
Along with the company’s growth, this year, the company also made a breakthrough by building a factory in the Baureno Bojonegoro with a total land area of + 11 ha
